Your references are sorted by date added, but you can change this by selecting the 'Sorted by' arrow to the right of the screen. You can change this to date accessed, date published, author, title etc.
The references are in normal view but you can change this to full view or table view by selecting the arrow towards the top right of the screen.
Select on a reference to edit it. Select the pencil icon. Once you've finished editing, select Save.
To delete a reference, select on the tick box on the left hand side and select the bin symbol.
The references you import or create in RefWorks can be stored in folders. You can make as many folders as you wish. It is possible to save references in more than one folder. Folders are useful because otherwise your references will just appear in a long list and the more you have, the less easy they are to manage.

Your subfolder is displayed below the parent folder and is slightly indented. You can expand and collapse subfolders by selecting the triangle to the left of the parent folder name.
