Speech and Language Therapy

For students, academics and researchers within the Speech and Language Therapy division.

What are journals?

A journal is a scholarly publication containing articles written by researchers, academics and other experts. Journals focus on a specific discipline or field of study. Unlike newspapers and magazines, journals are intended for an academic or technical audience, not general readers.

You can browse individual journals to find relevant articles, but it is much quicker to use online databases. Select the Evidence Based Practice tab to see which databases are available and to access them.
